KUSOMEGA is created by Trixie "The Golden Witch" Storc, who makes her career primarily as a media analyst, breaking down stories in the vein of the ones which she creates. Having been extremely critical especially of modern light novel and internet novel adaptations (especially in the isekai genre) leading up to the creation of this series, it only makes sense that this story would incur analysis from its readers.
